Schools in the UK are considering giving the HPV vaccine to ajll 12-year-old girls

Schools in the UK are going to begin handing out HPV Vaccines to all
12-year-olds in schools.
the HPV vaccine is to help prevent cervical cancer which is caused
by the Human Pavilloma Virus.
Schools here in the US have also been considering such measures.
Proponents site the fact that giving out this vaccine will prevent
most cases of cervical cancer, while opponents of this state that those
who are given the HPV Vaccine will gravitate towards having sex because
they will feel they are invulnerable from any sort of STD.
The question is, should schools be concerned with handing out the
HPV vaccine, and will students feel impregnable to the dangers of sex?
