Info on the legality of race on school forms

Private Domain: Areas of a person's life that are not subject to
governmental control.
Social Contract: The agreement among all the people in a society to give
up part
of their freedom to a government in return for the protection of their
natural rights
by that government.
-for being American citizens we are part of a social contract and by the
constitution
American citizens are guaranteed private domain, now the questions are:
hos is being
forced to put one's race protecting the common welfare? doesn't that
violate private
domain?
COUNTER ARGUMENT---
In the Preamble of the constitution is states "WE the People of the
United States,
in Order to form a more perfect Union, .... promote general welfare"
-the strongest argument against use is that it is the government's job
to promote
common welfare, and if they can prove that forcing to write down one's
race/ethnicity
is contributing to the general welfare they will win hands down.
